2008-06-23 - At approximately, 2100 hrs, the Dumont Fire Department requested one engine from Bergenfield to respond to their borough on a cover-up assignment while they operated at a basement fire on Lawerence Street. Chief Gomez (740) and Engine 743 responded to Fire Company 2’s quarters on Prospect Avenue and stood-by.  Bergenfield and Cresskill covered their borough and were released after 90 minutes.
